      By accessing the website at https://flipmasterclass.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

      Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Ty FlipMan's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  • ​modify or copy the materials;  
  • ​use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • ​attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Ty FlipMan's website;
  • ​remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

      In no event shall Ty FlipMan or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ty FlipMan's website, even if Ty FlipMan or a Ty FlipMan authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

      The materials appearing on Ty FlipMan website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Ty FlipMan does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Ty FlipMan may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Ty FlipMan does not make any commitment to update the materials.

      Ty FlipMan has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Ty FlipMan of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

      Ty FlipMan may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

      These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

      
Ty FlipMan Refund Policy
We at Flip Masterclass want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our products.

If you have any questions or problems, please let us know by contacting our support team directly.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team. We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary*.

No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. All purchases where the time of Flip Man is used (i.e group coaching, personal coaching, texting, etc.) will not be refundable for obvious reasons. All group calls that were accessible before the refund request, and any additional texting, calls, or personal support from Ty will be deducted as well. Any unused time that is requested to be refunded will be considered if made within 14 days of the purchase date or as dictated by the Terms agreed to for the specific program. 

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

Furthermore, if it is clear that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund can be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.
